FAMILY DAY ‘24
We had our family day last Sunday, on April 28, 2024. Personally for me, it was the best family day in all of my years I’ve stayed in ACT. I think because it was a bit different than past family day events. As a graduating student, this year’s family day was most memorable from start to finish. Before the actual event, the school hosted activities catered for family bonding such as, zumba, sports competitions, and bingo. My dad played ML for the preliminary games and was able to reach championships. The bingo was fun as well, it was super tense as everyone wanted to win the main cash prize. Through these activities, we were able to support each other and although we didn’t get to win some of the games, it definitely built the connection through teamwork and support. On the event itself, it started with the mass and it was hard finding a seat because all the seats were practically taken.
